5-Year Limited Warranty
We offer 5-Year Limited Warranty for selected product on our website. The 5-Year Limited Warranty covers resizing, cleaning, and polishing your diamond jewelry at no cost. Customer will need to mail the product at their cost, and we will ship the product back to the customer for free.
With our Buy-Back Program, we will buy (as a store credit) your diamond jewelry for up to 75% of your purchase price. Buy-Back program is only valid for items purchased directly from us. All purchases are automatically enrolled in this program at no cost. Please contact us if you have questions regarding this program.

We offer our customers a 30-Day No Risk Money Back Guarantee. Returns shipped after the 30 day guarantee period will be returned at the customer's expense. Customers have a choice of a refund or an exchange. Refunds are less Shipping & Handling.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than 47st Closeouts), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Please include the RMA form with your returned item(s). RMA form can be downloaded here. Adobe Reader is required to view the RMA form .
Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $50 replacement cost.
All items must be sent via insured, signature requested delivery. We are not responsible for any items that are lost, damaged or stolen during the transit.
